In this regard, the Dictionary.com mentioned that energy as the capacity to move an object by the application of force. Among other things when we think of energy, it’s the capacity or power to do work and it comes in different forms: Heat (thermal), light (radiant) and motion (kinetic). In light of this, I’m not a science of theology and it’s not my thing so I’ll simplify! On that note, what’s energy?
Although to put it in simple terms in my Google search it means the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity.
Having said that, what are my strength and vitality?
My strength is trustworthy, creative, patience, respectful, honest and determine in moving forward into something I love to do with my life.
My vitality is to keep my passion and the Ruach (Spirit) alive.
Also, laughter is energy. A zest for life! The Ruach of enthusiasm!
The Hebrew Ruach means ‘’wind,’’ breath,’’ or ‘’spirit.’’ In Genesis 6:17 ruach is translated ‘’breath of life.’’
Reasoning from this fact, the energy that’s all around us is the Ruach of Yahweh (God) is the One who gives breath (ruach) to all leaving things. (Numbers 27:16)
So, I’m on a guest for the Ruach Ha’Kodesh (Holy Spirit) and since it is the air we breathe, the wind we sense and the Ruach within us.
